From counting pennies to managing millions

My story starts with pocket change, job sites, and a deep belief that hard work deserves to be protected. 

Growing up, I spent weekends counting my mom’s coins, organizing bills, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I learned early on how vulnerable financial security can be, and how important it is to take ownership of it. On the other side of my family, my dad, a pipefitter and business owner, showed me what it meant to build something real, one piece at a time. 

I worked my way through college, trading stocks on the side, driven by the discipline and high standards instilled in me by my stepmom: show up, do the next right thing, and do it with excellence. After graduating, I worked in HR, but a chance meeting with a financial advisor opened a new, exciting door. I began at the front desk and worked my way through every role, eventually buying the practice when the owner retired.

Today, with nearly 25 years of experience and certifications including CFP®, AIF®, Series 7, Series 66, through LPL Financial, and Life & Health Insurance, I work with people whose stories feel a lot like my own. My job is simple. I help protect what you’ve earned, make sure the future you’re working toward actually happens, and remind you it’s okay to enjoy the life you’re building along the way.

Outside of work, I’m an Air Force wife, stepmom to three boys, and most at home when I’m working on our family’s land in West Virginia—whether that means planning our dream build or chasing the dogs through the woods.
